Early County is accepting bids to repaint all the exterior trim, which includes the soffit and window trim.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Hearing held in the Theatre of the Early County Administration Building at 10:00 AM on July 19th, 2018.  You must be present at this meeting to be eligible to submit a bid later.  The purpose of this hearing is to assure that all who intend to submit a formal bid meet the qualifications stated, and that any questions pertaining to the content of the bid may be answered.

 

The bid will open at the same location at 2:30 PM, July 31st, 2018.  Attendance on this date is optional should you choose to submit your bid prior to this date and time.
